Wakefield Lake Cabin
Wakefield Lake Cabin sits on a quiet, nearly private lake. It fits larger families with it’s 6 bedrooms layout and plenty extra space.
INSIDE THE PINES
Inside The Pines Cabin is the first cabin built on 140 acres of land, on the beautiful nearly private lake giving you that unique feeling of being alone in the big Ottawa National Forest.
B Family Cabin is located in the heart of Vilas County between Eagle River and Minocqua. It has more than just a regular rental property, giving you possibility to experience it all, from feed the chickens and picking up fresh eggs for your breakfast to taking a ride on kid’s zip line right there, on the property.

At B Family At The Lake, we care about your comfort and the nature around us. Please help us keep this place peaceful and safe:
- Use only designated fire areas and never leave fires unattended.
- Keep food indoors to protect wildlife.
- No flammable liquids inside the cabin.
- Do not move furniture.
- Use only safe electrical devices and cords.
- Keep noise low after 10 PM.
- No fireworks; fires require a county permit.
- Clean up after pets.

Our cabins are located in Saint Germain, Wisconsin, on Wakefield, B family Cabin and Inside the Pines
You can book directly online on our website, call us at 773-733-2400, or find our cabin listed on VRBO/AIRBNB (they will have extra booking fees)
We try to accommodate up to 6 families with kids(12 adults). It is possible to bring more adults if you have no kids at all, just contact us prior to your booking.
Yes, you can access any of the lakes that have public landing.
Yes, you need a fishing license on all other lakes besides Wakefield lake.
Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. When it is possible we are always glad to give earlier check in time or later check out!
Yes, we do giveaways on our Instagram page and also last moment special bookings are often available(depending on the season), just contact us directly.
Yes, the parking is free, outside near houses on the driveway. Contact us for details if you plan to bring larger trailers or boats.
At the moment we receive your payment your reservation will be confirmed, dates reserved for your stay.
Yes, we do our best and always have firewood available for our guests.
- sheets for each bed;
- towels for all bathrooms(each full bathroom has 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 6 face towels); at least 2 new toilet paper rolls are provided in each bathroom;
- hand soap is provided one per bathroom; 2 paper towels are provided in the kitchen;
- dishwasher tables, dish soap and sponge, regular kitchen towel;
- 5 garbage bags in the kitchen cans and about 6 more extra garbage bags under the sink.
No, we don’t rent the rooms separately. You can rent one whole cabin. If you are only one family try to contact us for a discount we will be glad to offer if it will be possible.
Yes, we have a grocery store about 10 minutes away from the cabins.
For websiteIn any scenario feel free to ask us. The ATV/snowmobiling trail is going through Shields Rd, both cabins have direct access to the trail.
